With more than two decades of design and creative experience in the fashion industry, I lead design teams through the development of new products from the generation of creative concepts through marketing execution. I have earned my elegantly embroidered stripes by working with some of America's most recognizable brands, including Banana Republic, Gap, Isaac Mizrahi, Ann Taylor, Etienne Aigner, and Liz Claiborne.
As an inspiring mentor and coach, I build and lead highly innovative and creative teams that provide compelling designs and products across categories and/or specialty areas. In addition, I ensure all designs adhere to brand ethos and overall brand identity. Furthermore, I ensure efficient and effective process and communication flow between Design, Merchandising, Marketing, and Product Development teams.
